The Simplest pasta Sauce (aka Salsa della Nonna)

This is the first recipe, inherited from my grandma, that I am going to publish. It was given from my grandma to my sister to help her in those first struggling years as new chef wife.

How you prepare the sauce...
Add to a non sticky pan two tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and a little bit (I suggest one table spoon) of butter, when the butter is melted add some of my sauce (yes my grandma is suggesting using her own sauce :) ), that I gave you, with a pinch of salt and one of pepper. Add half of a vegetable bouillon cube and stir till simmering. If too dry add up to a half glass of water and keep it warm for the pasta.
